The spot was right outside South West Rocks’ main centre, which made it super convenient. Ray, the manager, was extremely helpful, always ready to chat and went out of his way to meet every need we had. I can’t praise him enough.

The location was amazing, practically next to town, and Rayshiekh went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and well taken care of. The rooms came with comfy beds, and he double‑checked that we had all the supplies we needed. They offered more than the usual kitchenette gear—there were toasters, kettles, microwaves, cups, plates, and full sets of cutlery—so heating meals was a breeze when we didn’t want to eat out. Rayshiekh made sure my sister’s room and mine were next to each other and kept us updated on when the rooms were ready, even though we arrived early. He also tracked down and returned a beloved stuffed toy my daughter had left behind. That level of service is hard to find, and we’d definitely return to the Costa Rica.
