How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Nothing positive to mention. The property was filthy; they didn’t bother to change the sheets from the previous guest, leaving stains and hair everywhere on the bed and in the room. When I asked them to clean, they did nothing and didn’t even offer new sheets for me to replace. The experience was absolutely horrible and I would not recommend this place.

The apartment was clean, the kitchen fully equipped, and the location suited my needs perfectly. I did have to climb a single flight of stairs, which I hadn’t realized there was no lift. I had chosen this place hoping for a desk and chair, but no chair was provided.

I tried to get the key but no one answered the phone; the key‑box access number was broken, and the sticky tape that held it fell off. Inside the property someone was smoking weed and blasting loud music, making it feel unsafe. I was left without a place to stay for the night. After speaking with the representative for a few days, they apologized and then sent a message about charging me for the key‑box, which I find absurd. I want a refund now because I never had such a negative experience before this accommodation.

If you’re lucky enough to get the right room, it’s tidy and clean. Unfortunately the fan was broken and noisy, the apartment got very hot during the summer stay, and the service was just okay. They had to change the lock because it wouldn’t lock from the inside, and I had to wait in an unprepared room for a while before my room was ready. The way they handled it was unpleasant. I asked for a partial refund and they refused. Overall it was a bad experience and I won’t return.
