How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Cleanliness and excellent staff. The breakfasts are very sparse, nothing to eat… The SPA can’t be accessed because only ten people can be there at once, so if you miss your slot you’re out of luck. It’s almost impossible to book a massage. In the evening there’s nowhere to spend time; the hotel is rural and the lobby is too small to sit comfortably and have a glass of wine. The restaurant feels like a cafeteria. Check‑out is very early.

Some reviews complained about the breakfast, but we had no issues – it was plentiful and included a variety of sausages, cheeses, rolls, bread, croissants, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, bacon, fruit, vegetables, and cakes. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is very modern, rooms are large and spacious, and every room has a balcony or terrace overlooking the golf course. There’s a small but functional wellness area with dry and steam saunas, a small indoor and outdoor whirlpool, a toilet and shower; the booking system limits the number of people in the area. We were lucky to have the area to ourselves for 90 minutes on two days. The location is very good, close to the motorway to Karlsbad, Franzensbad, and the surrounding area. Dinner at the restaurant was okay, but the veal schnitzel and pork collar were over‑cooked and dry; the portions were large and the flavour was very good. We, as non‑golfers, inspected the golf course on 13.10.2026, walked the paths and were curious… after a few minutes the helper in the golf caddy rudely told us we were not allowed on the course – access is only for members or for payment. Please put a sign at the entrance!

The reception is excellent. The breakfast has limited variety and is only available until 9.30 am, and the coffee selection is mediocre.

The front‑desk lady was incredibly kind, and the hotel itself is beautiful, brand‑new, and flawless. However, the breakfast was modest and never replenished, and the staff at the breakfast area were not the friendliest; I expected a higher quality breakfast from such a nice hotel, especially for the price.

The view was stunning, the staff in the restaurant and bar were very pleasant and helpful, and the room was spacious and lovely. The biggest plus was the early‑morning breakfast package, since we missed the regular breakfast. After dinner we asked about it, and by the end of the evening they had already prepared it for us in our room. The assortment surprised us positively, and each of us found something we liked.
