Natale was a truly gracious host, communicating well and staying in touch via WhatsApp when my flight got diverted and delayed because of Etna eruptions—his help was kind and appreciated. The room offered an exceptional view, was bright and airy, and the communal areas and facilities were useful; I also valued having private access to the apartment. Just a heads‑up: rooms are cleaned every three days, but you can request more frequent cleaning for an extra charge that covers linen and towel replacement.
