The location is good, the room is tidy without excess, and the TV is compact rather than huge. The breakfast side‑dish packs and rice packs were disappointing; the taste was mild, which was fine. The coffee machine was available, and it would be useful if we could bring it to our room with paper cups.

It’s a central hotel that feels historic, the staff service is excellent, and the place is clean, though the age of the building is noticeable.

The place was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly. Parking isn’t bad, but every time I leave the lot they hand me a free parking ticket, so even a quick trip out requires me to ask, which feels a bit bothersome.

They had barley tea in the lobby, which was a lifesaver on a hot day, and we had to carry our luggage to the rooms ourselves. It was a shame that there was no ice available on any floor.
