The hotel looks nice and the rooms are nice too, but the rooms are small with almost no walking space.

“Excellent”

I booked 25 rooms for my daughter’s wedding group and the staff was friendly, accommodating and made the process super easy. They worked with us to assure early check‑in for our guests upon arrival. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

“Fine for work travel. Try elsewhere for a leisure trip”

It’s clean and perfectly fine if you’re travelling for work and just need to crash but doesn’t have the touches needed for a leisure trip. Far too few staff. Ordering any meal took forever. The staff who were there were lovely and tried their very best. A management decision not to staff appropriately- meaning you’d wait for 20-30 minutes for breakfast to be served. Same at the bar ordering dinner

“This is our favortie place to stay when visiting the area.”

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but the ice machine on my floor wasn’t working so I had to go to another floor.

“Gross”

The location was great and the lobby was beautiful, but our linens were moldy/mildewed and disgusting. They brought us new ones and they looked the same. We ended up driving to Target to buy our own. I did not expect this poor level of service from a Hilton. The front desk contacted housekeeping, but we never heard from management and no compensation was ever offered for these poor accommodations. In addition, the glass shower door fell off the hinges, which could have been quite dangerous. Maintenance came in, but didn’t fix it properly. Hopefully they fixed it before the next guest. The chair in the room by the window had stains in the seat, so we couldn’t sit there. Overall, the place was in great need of attention and repair.
