The location was convenient and getting around was easy thanks to the available transport. I loved having breakfast on the balcony of my room. The small pool with a hot tub at the bungalow entrance was a nice touch, and the staff were very attentive. The pillows, towels, and sheets were excellent. I found the breakfast menu a bit limited and it had to be chosen a day in advance; sometimes the omelettes and sandwiches were already cold when I got to the table. The shampoo and conditioner were poor.

The hotel was exceptional. Reception and every employee were very attentive, helpful, and polite. The accommodation was beautiful, large, and comfortable, and the pool had great size and temperature. I would definitely return. I liked everything, so I have nothing to complain about.

Everything was impeccably organized, and the staff were courteous and polite. The room cleanliness was impressive, and the rooms were beautiful and well sized. The pool that ran by the room entrance made the experience even more interesting.

The staff were polite, the breakfast was good and the rooms even had a private pool, but the employees still need better training despite their courtesy. The hotel’s shuttle around Atins failed to pick us up once and they didn’t answer, so we walked back; the streets were flooded during rain. When we arrived they took us to the bar for a welcome drink and asked us to leave our luggage outside while a staff member would bring it to the room, yet after half an hour the bags were still out in the weather and we had to carry them ourselves. Room service is offered, but a slow WhatsApp response forced us to eat in the restaurant, and they delivered the wrong order. The next day they charged us for two drinks when I only had one, and a staff member entered our room at an odd hour to check the minibar while we were out for dinner. These hiccups were isolated, and the team remained extremely polite, but for the price paid the internal processes should run flawlessly.
