The spa is amazing, the nature is beautiful, and the staff service is excellent. Check‑in could start earlier.

The spa offers several bath and pool options, all with heated thermal water, and a wonderful massage menu with qualified professionals—don’t miss it! I highly recommend it. Afterward, relax completely in the Japanese lagoon located outside the spa. The rooms are comfortable, and the meals are varied and delicious. I’m gluten‑ and lactose‑free, yet I had no issues because the team kindly prepared specific options when I requested them. I want to highlight that the entire staff was always very attentive, friendly, and ready to help.

However, the front desk staff were really uneducated and unhelpful - I had a particularly bad experience with Fernanda. There were also some communication issues between departments, like with the spa.
