The location is convenient and easy to get everywhere from. My room has no window and no ventilation from the bathroom, and it’s a smoking room, so the cigarette smell was suffocating. Luckily I only booked one night. A room with a window would be better, though. Direct payment seems cheaper, so no need to book.

Everything was great, the front desk was friendly and helpful. The prices were quite reasonable, and the location was convenient for travel. The room was clean and airy without feeling stuffy. Overall, it was pretty good for a stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

I liked one lady who was very apologetic for another staff saying my booking “exploited” their system aka they over booked and kicked me out my first night. Got there at my check in time and this lady told me that my booking app “exploited” there system which is virtually impossible. Be careful these cheap hotels will overbook so they have a constant stream of business. I got kicked out my first night while it was pouring rain without any apology or sympathy and said come back tomorrow. Although when I returned I explained the situation to another lady who was very apologetic about the whole situation and kept saying sorry and I appreciated the little bit of sympathy. Room was very mid, shower had mold coming off the sides of the wall while I was showering kinda gross. I never right reviews but I felt the need to right this one as it was the only negative experience hotel wise that I’ve had in Vietnam. please don’t overbook your hotels it’s extremely annoying
