How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
It was pleasantly quiet, but the toilet flush needed descaling so it didn’t become a nightly nuisance; the light to the top‑floor room was poor, making it hard to find the room, the view from the top floor was zero, Wi‑Fi in every room was unreliable—only about 10 % worked—and the room description was outdated and should be updated.

The room was very clean. The wall was low and had a busy train track right next to it. Cat hair was on the breakfast table.

The bathrooms were nice, with a small table, bench, and balcony. The restaurant was dim. Internet only worked close to the reception, and there was confusion about paying for the balcony room.

The welcome was warm, the vibe felt family‑like, and the restaurant served very good pizza. Unfortunately, there was no Wi‑Fi in the upstairs rooms—only on the ground floor—noise from passing trains at night, a tiny shower with an aging sliding door, no credit‑card payment option (cash only), and you’ll need to bring your own shower gel.

There was nothing to complain about. Frau Somma (if that’s her name) does everything so guests feel comfortable. Simply superb.
