How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The accommodation is well placed near São Tomé's downtown and Parque Popular, and the facilities are simple yet comfortable for the price. Mr. Eliso made us feel at home and ensured we had everything we needed. However, when we arrived the house door was locked and we couldn’t reach anyone; a bell outside would have helped. Also, a trash bin in the room would be useful.

Breakfast is optional, and the location is convenient and central. Mr. Elisio assisted me greatly throughout my stay in São Tomé, offering useful information and arranging vehicle rental. Thanks also to the rest of the staff, who were always very friendly.

I didn’t take breakfast because no one told me I was entitled to it. The place is very well located. I ended up staying only 3 days instead of the 7 promised, and I left because the comfort was lacking.

The air conditioning worked well, and the staff were helpful without being intrusive. The décor, however, feels very outdated.
