How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
There were dead bugs under the sheets and pillow, smelling like mildew and mold. The bed was old and felt like it might break when you lay down. It didn’t have an inside lock, no phone, no hand soap, and the place looked very outdated and smelled awful. We stayed for only an hour, left, and found a better hotel.

Nothing good. The room was old and musty.

The staff was helpful. The room was unclean: bed sheets and mattress protector were clearly stained with urine. When I asked for a new room or clean bedding, I was told they only change mattress protectors and blankets once a week. Both rooms had a really, really bad mildew odor.

We decided to try a small place, but it looked dirty. Then I noticed it smelled awful—like mold. There was a blood stain on the sheets. When I asked about it, the staff became hostile. I said I’d like a refund so we could go somewhere else, but they outright refused, even though all we did was open the door and look around. They have a big sign saying no refunds after 15 minutes, and we had been there that long.

I was thrilled with how cozy the room felt, how the lighting made reading in bed a pleasure, and how attentively the staff looked after us.
