“Descanso en la montaña, en medio de la naturaleza. Alejado de todo, cordillera imponente”
The spa was incredible, but the place is too far from everything. The restaurant food was good, though not amazing.

Air conditioning was excellent, but the gardens could have had a better grill setup.

The bartender was friendly and attentive, and the common areas were very pleasant and spacious. The location is beautiful, yet the last 8 kilometres are a disaster; a bit of gravel or something to smooth the sharp stones would make the arrival more enjoyable. The restaurant menu felt limited—no chicken or turkey dishes for those avoiding red meat, no vegan options, and no pasta for adults; it could be more varied since the only other choice is the bar sandwiches, which also contain meat (shredded or steak). The bar lacked sweet pastries; with the cold weather, a coffee with something sweet would be nice (there was only a plate of cookies). Perhaps a couple of the breakfast tartlets, which were delicious, could be offered.

The rooms were very nice and pleasant, with good light and temperature, and the staff service was extraordinary—truly the best. The facilities overall were very good, and the open spaces were very pleasant, well‑designed, and lovely. The food was very tasty, though I would have liked more variety; the breakfast was very good and well presented. The view and tranquility of the place are unbeatable. The bathroom had a slight drain smell, and there was a lot of noise between a room and the adjacent one. I think the outdoor sink could be in better condition, and the other one—the jacuzzi—was bad. I found the restaurant expensive, especially since there is no option to eat elsewhere.

The restaurant is tasty, the location is great, and the views are nice. The staff are friendly. There are only two hot tubs for the entire hotel, each limited to thirty minutes. The bathrooms have poor ventilation. Tours should be free for experienced trekkers because the guide fee is pricey. The breakfast is average, and for the price I expected something better.
