We arrived and there was no reservation for us; it felt like a scam.

They had administrative issues, I paid a fraudulent account and never got an invoice. The staff let me stay out of pity but put me in the worst room, it was dirty and the curtain didn’t cover the whole window, so I had no privacy and the sun flooded in the morning.

Do not buy here; the place doesn’t even exist, it’s a complete scam. I was robbed of ten thousand pesos and will complain directly to Booking because when we got there it was locked with a padlock, women inside with their faces covered, and after waiting 20 minutes they told us the reservation was under a different name. Two other people came and said the place has been closed for about two years and the former owner apparently removed it from Booking – a weird situation, so I didn’t buy.
