It was clean. The staff were very friendly. We first arrived with kids and were given separate rooms, then the fridge stopped working and wasn’t replaced until the next day. The toilet was broken and wasn’t fixed until the following day. The bed was broken and wasn’t replaced. They also charge $5 per day for parking. The breakfast isn’t included; that part costs $10. We paid $791 for two rooms for two days. Given everything that happened, it’s not worth it and we won’t return to that hotel.

The location is amazing—just a stone’s throw from downtown and CityPlace! It’s also close to the airport, making it nearly impossible to miss your flight back home.

The hotel’s cleanliness was outstanding, making the stay feel far more comfortable. The room was tidy, organized, and well maintained upon arrival, and the common areas throughout the hotel were also kept in great shape. The bathroom, bedding, floors, and furniture all appeared properly cleaned and cared for. Overall, the hotel’s focus on cleanliness created a welcoming environment and made the stay much more enjoyable. The only issue I ran into was that the refrigerator in the room wasn’t working properly. While this was a little inconvenient, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable, and the staff provided good service throughout my stay. Despite the refrigerator issue, I still had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

The front‑desk lady was very helpful and friendly, though she was swamped when I first asked for assistance; once the line cleared, she attended to me. I wanted to sleep in a room where the hallway light could be turned off, but the light in my own room’s hallway wouldn’t shut off, so I had to move. The communication could have been smoother, especially late at night. I also noticed the hotel wasn’t spotless in a few spots, and the carpet in the elevators on my floor was dirty.
