How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Top spot in the city centre, close to the Porto Antico parking. Getting in was very difficult; we didn’t know how to enter the building. The reception wasn’t signposted, and the elevator had no indicators. Luckily another guest pointed us to the fourth floor, a cleaning lady contacted the agency, and a young woman arrived… It was a bit complicated after a long journey. No coffee in the morning.

Very close to the port and historic quarter. Spacious, modern, clean and secure, with local cafés and restaurants easily reachable. Nothing to note.

The rooms were beautiful, with nice ceilings and good furnishings, situated on a lovely street in Genoa’s old town. The bed and room were clean.

Historic building, comfortable bed. No coffee machine, no smart TV, no room cleaning or towel replacement even though we requested it, and a higher rate despite a discount we had received.

The spot was spot on and the room was spotless, with staff always quick to help. Only downside: the pillows were too thin and there weren’t enough of them.
