Our stay at Sato Design Hotel was truly wonderful from start to finish. The hotel feels like a place where genuine care is evident in every detail. A special thank you to Hüseyin and Zehra, whose warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality made our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for; nothing was ever too much trouble, and their attention was personal and sincere, not just “hotel service.” They also enhanced our experience in Çeşme with excellent local recommendations, suggesting great restaurants, helping us explore the market, and discovering hidden spots. They even organized our airport transfer, making everything easy and stress‑free. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stylish, elegant design full of character and thoughtful touches. Everything was immaculate and well maintained. The private beach was another highlight—an intimate, peaceful spot away from crowds that made the stay feel special. The location is quiet and relaxing yet very close to Çeşme, the marina, restaurants, and everything you might want to explore. What truly sets Sato Design Hotel apart is the combination of beautiful surroundings and exceptional hospitality. A well‑designed hotel can impress, but it’s the people who leave a lasting impression—and Hüseyin and Zehra did that for us. We left feeling we had experienced much more than just a hotel stay. “It was a nice vacation”

The staff, the location, and the view are great. Even though the beach is very close, the road to it has many steep inclines and is a rough beach.

“Mr Hussein made our stay special!”

What a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, Mr Hussein greeted us and the check‑in was smooth. The apartment offered an unobstructed sea view and I watched the sunsets from the sofa as the sky shifted from gold to salmon to deep purple. Service was outstanding – we received a welcome coffee and a sweet treat, and it turned out that a daily refreshing lemonade with a generous bowl of sweet melon or coffee and cake was a regular feature, making us feel like cherished guests. The music was a bonus; jazz played softly somewhere in the building – a little Coltrane, sometimes Chet Baker – all thanks to Mr Hussein. The room was fully equipped and had everything you could need; if something was missing, they found it for you. Our room lacked a washing machine, but they laundered our items and returned them overnight. The restaurant suggestions were a lovely touch – we returned to Tokman Hassan twice because we loved the food. After paying tourist prices at restaurants all over the holiday, those recommendations felt like having a local friend telling us what to eat. The hotel sits on an incline, which explains the unobstructed views; it was fine for us and actually helpful after big dinners at Tokman Hassan. I walked every morning and loved it. Absolutely nothing was wrong – it was the most perfect part of our holiday.

The room and hotel design were excellent, the staff were polite and pleasant, and the private beach felt cozy. However, there wasn’t enough kitchenware for cooking.
