“Muy malo”

Nothing good. Many problems: the internet didn’t work, the shower had very little water, the reservation said “kig size” bed but we received a twin and a single, the window didn’t work, there was no iron for clothes.

“Todo mal en este hotel.”

The only bright spot was a nearby restaurant with delicious food and an Aurrera store; otherwise nothing else stood out. The room had a bad smell from the bathroom, the bathroom looked old and dirty, all the connectors were poor, the internet was terrible, and if you plan to pay for the stay you have to do it in cash because there’s no terminal or card reader; bring your own towels because the ones provided look a century old, and the reception was very unfriendly, except for one very kind gentleman.

The price was reasonable, it had its own parking, and the staff were friendly. The room smelled like pipes even though it was clean, there were no towels, and the mattresses were somewhat uncomfortable.

The price was good. The attitude of the staff was the downside.
