The hotel is in good order, rooms are fine, you can see the furniture is old but clean, breakfast is delicious with many options. The room was advertised as having a terrace, but there is no balcony; the biggest disappointment was that we chose the hotel for its spa and jacuzzi, only 30 minutes available and you have to sign up.

Convenient location. The description matched the real view. The room had a small balcony. Elevator. Internet. Breakfast offered a wide range of cold dishes, but because it wasn’t clear what was included, we didn’t try many. Only scrambled eggs and sausages were hot. It’s a pity the pancakes were cold. The hotel was clean everywhere, but the pillow covers were dirty (not replaced?). After arrival it was unclear where the entrance was, the door had no name. We received a Polish message with the code and room number only half an hour before arrival; perhaps it should be sent in English? It was hard to evaluate the staff because they were simply not there, we only met them when leaving. No information about the resort. Breakfast only at 8 am; we would have liked it half an hour earlier.

If you pay extra for a room with a mountain view you won’t regret it. Morning coffee on the balcony will be accompanied by Giewont. When you go down for breakfast you’ll find a Swedish‑style table with a colorful spread: scrambled eggs, sausages, bread with butter, sushi, tortillas, some cake. The spa was also a nice option. Getting to the hotel was confusing. It’s located behind “Willą u Renaty,” but the access road isn’t the main road and the parking for us is on the other side of the street. Once you know that it’s not a problem, but better signage would help. The bathroom could use a curtain, frosted glass or something. The spa organization seemed odd to me.

I had a fantastic stay in Zakopane and I’m truly delighted! ❤️ The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and solid advice. 🥰 The vibe of the place was just right for unwinding. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and varied; every morning my boyfriend and I left full and satisfied. 😋 I definitely recommend it and hope to return someday! ❤️
