Location was convenient, yet I originally paid for a tower‑view room and was told on arrival that those were sold out, then asked to pay half the original price for a view‑room; after paying, I received a room overlooking the parking lot with the tower only visible from the side. They then demanded a full‑price payment again, claiming the booking charge would be refunded. In the end I was double‑charged plus an extra fee, got a parking‑lot view, and the room felt damp and worn; I would not recommend this hotel at all.
