The elevator was a problem.
I was very close to TUC and the Prima Air and Space Museum, but I would need a rental car to get anywhere else; there were no restaurants or shops nearby, and despite the proximity to the airport the area felt isolated. The room was clean and adequate for a single night, breakfast was basic—hot bacon or sausage would have complemented the scrambled eggs—and parking was easy and self‑service on the property.
“Buena primera estadía en Tucson, me da gusto que haya sido en Baymont.”
The location was good, breakfast was included, the facilities were nice, and the beds were comfortable; front desk attendant Richard was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast variety could improve—on the first of our two mornings we only got a little French‑style potato with the eggs, and on the second morning it was just eggs; however there was plenty of bread, waffles, cereal, coffee, and some orange juice.
“Fine, night time receptionist was extremely helpful.”
Everything else was fine except the breakfast, which was mediocre; the eggs and hashbrowns were tasteless, but the coffee was acceptable.
The location was great, but the pool was not open.
