Convenient, clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was good, fresh, fast and easy. Pool clean and available late. Not a big deal but I was charged a day earlier from my account. When I arrive they asked for my card and was charged 2nd time. It was reversed and corrected following day. Just weird. Never happened to me before

The facilities were excellent, and breakfast was truly fantastic.

The breakfast attendants did a great job, but the hotel overall needs serious improvement: it’s deteriorating, filthy, and the pool was broken, so we had to use the Hampton Inn pool, which proved that Hampton Inn is a much better choice. The elevator walls were slick with grease and grime, the front desk staff smoked outside, and our bathtub was clogged with hair. Traveling with a large group, everyone had complaints, and after another disappointing visit to New Castle we’ll be staying at Hampton Inn next year.

Breakfast was great, the staff were friendly and pleasant, and the room was clean, nice, and exactly what we needed; there was nothing to complain about.

The rooms were a decent size, breakfast was good, and bottled water and coffee were free. The beds were comfortable but a bit firm. The elevator had a noticeable smell and the carpet needed cleaning.
