The deluxe room was clean, very pretty, and had a great view; the outdoor pool was great. The AC and Wi‑Fi were sketchy, and breakfast was good but not great.

The food was very tasty. The windows were dirty and there were no hangers; soap was in the spa shower.

Everything was great. The spa pools need safety railings that are currently swinging.

The hotel itself was clean, the food was excellent in the morning and evening, and the thermal pools were very pleasant. However, the garden room (which we paid more for than a regular room) had a sewage smell and was infested with mosquitoes; the room was on floor –1 right next to the hotel’s infrastructure, and the balcony door could not be opened because there was no screen and for security reasons, anyone could enter the room if the balcony door was left open. We could not stay in that room and requested a move to a room on floor 7 (even though it was considered less luxurious); the hotel did not address our complaints about the garden room.
