The reception was good, but the Egyptian staff member named Sami at the Bzarkan restaurant was very bad, and I won’t book again if he’s still there; we reported him to management and nothing was done. Thanks.

“Stay was fine, afterwards it was hectic after seeing scratches on my car.”

The room was fine. The car valet parking service was very disappointing; my car appeared damaged, with visible scratches that I only noticed after arriving home. I contacted the hotel receptionist, but received no response. The valet service was poorly handled and the lack of a proper reply was unacceptable.
