The lift was useful. Late at night a group of young boys were smoking something in the kitchen with their feet on the kitchen bench, it was loud and I felt unsafe.

The location is very close to Boudhanath Stupa and local restaurants. It is generally a fairly quiet spot. The room is spacious, clean and fairly comfortable, with air‑conditioning. If you want a balcony to step outside, book a family room. A hand towel would be helpful for the shower. The electricity went off the morning of my flight between 5.00am and 6.00am while I was packing and heading to the airport. The access laneway is often blocked by motorbikes, preventing taxis from getting in, which is a problem for travellers who have been shopping or have a lot of luggage.

The windows could be safer, in my opinion. When we arrived at the hotel we noticed that although we closed the window, it didn’t lock from the inside. Later we learned that one of the window locks was broken from the outside and the staff had no idea what to do. That was our only concern. Everything else was good, but I think the staff could be a little more hospitable and greet guests. At times, they seemed like they didn’t want to be there. That’s all!!!

I found the place very quiet at night, the rooms were heated and hot water was plentiful, and it was easy to walk to the temple, shops, and excellent restaurants.

The place was fairly clean, had a good location with no street noise, but the toilet fan blasts at full speed for the first 20 minutes after you turn it on.
