The staff were very attentive, but the extractor fan was loud, the carpets were stained, and we could hear every conversation from the room above us—not excessive noise, just normal decibel chatter.

The staff were great, even staying later to wait for me even though they had no prior notice; I couldn't reach the hotel directly and my email to the Booking site didn’t get through because I arrived after the cutoff.
