How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Breakfast options were limited and not what I expected. The hotel could have been cleaner – it was clean, but you could still see hair in the hair dryer or paper clips next to the bed.

The place is great – easy lite rail access and walking capability, plus a great selection of restaurants and entertainment. It’s a little dated, the beds are okay but not the best I’ve had, and the extra locked front door was a bit concerning at check‑in but easy once we had a room key. Weird that the lobby bathrooms are on the second floor, and I couldn’t find breakfast.

Ben at the front desk was great, but the plate was in bad shape from the outside in; the only good thing was the location.

The furnishings were nice, but the hotel feels old and has a faint odor.
