I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's cleanliness and the extremely welcoming and courteous staff. However, I found the structure to be more geared towards Western travelers, with expensive and overpriced services. Despite this, the staff was incredibly friendly and left a great impression.

The staff at this hotel were very attentive and provided great service, and my room was clean and comfortable.
