The room was clean and good. Unfortunately, the AC was broken, so I couldn’t sleep through the night.

The location was good. Parking was an issue when the party hall was in use; cars were hard to find and two‑wheelers blocked the way to the parking area, causing a nuisance.

The rooms were very clean and the staff lovely. The manager was brilliant and helpful, probably the best hotel to stay in Villupuram. No negatives.
