I chose this place mainly for its spot in the heart of Sapareva Banya – close to the bus stop, shops and eateries. The room was bigger than I expected, immaculately clean, with comfy beds, a good AC and TV, and plenty of blankets, towels and hangers. No complaints at all.

The house was spotless and cozy, with everything we needed. Our big group made full use of the whole place – the dining room on the top floor comfortably seats eight and there's a small kitchen with all the utensils. We even had the owners’ café downstairs for morning coffee, which was a nice touch. The only downside was the occasional music from a nearby restaurant that turns into a disco on holidays; it didn't bother us, but could be a problem for those who want complete silence.

Spotless, organized, and quiet with owners who keep their distance. The room is roomy, has a kitchenette, dining table, microwave, water jug, dishes, glasses, cutlery, fridge, AC – everything you need, especially for families with kids. The only issue was a sewer smell in the bathroom, but otherwise I’d give it a 10.

The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The owners are very friendly locals, ready to help – we hadn't been to Separeva Banya before, so it was a real treat. A café right next to the house (not listed in the description) was a bonus, with coffee from 7 am. The courtyard is lovely, and everything else is within walking distance with easy parking.
