I was impressed with the property's potential, but unfortunately, it was let down by extremely poor maintenance. The facility needed a lot of work to make it comfortable and functional. Despite its good foundation, the lack of upkeep was noticeable throughout my stay.

The hotel's location was its redeeming quality, but that's where the positives ended. The maintenance was non-existent, and to make matters worse, there was a foul smell that lingered throughout my stay. It was clear that the hotel was lacking in both upkeep and attention to detail.
