The location is excellent, right in the town center, just a 6‑minute walk to the park, and the Caribe Tours Jarabacoa stop is a few meters away. Restaurants, a supermarket, and the umbrella street are all within walking distance, where you can catch a bus and do mini‑tours around town. The shower didn’t work very well and the room door was a bit uneven, but everything else was 10/10.

We liked the location, the staff, the cleanliness, and especially the restaurant—food was great and the staff were very attentive and nice. The stairs to the rooms were a bit of a hassle; I requested a lower‑floor room but it was full even though I had a maid reservation in advance, but otherwise it was great.

The staff handled my requests well and were very friendly. I liked the room, though the air conditioning didn’t cool it, so I didn’t stress over that because the lounge AC was excellent.

The hotel sits in the center, close to everything. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable, and the setup is very basic. Parking is at the back, which I felt wasn’t very safe, but the town is similar everywhere, so it might be safer than on the street—though perhaps not, since people know you’re sleeping. The parking felt unsafe and I think someone tried to open my window, so I’d rather park on the street so nobody knows you’re staying overnight.
