Everything! The place sits in a central spot with parking at the back. The employees are friendly, helpful, and laid‑back. The room is comfortable, clean, and modern. We dined at the on‑site restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, and it was simply amazing—by far the best hotel we stayed in during our ten‑day trip to Canada, even surpassing big chains like Hilton. I love it! Everything was just great!

“Great small hotel in the centre of Stratford”

The small hotel in downtown Stratford was great. The room was comfortable, spacious, and featured a cozy fireplace and comfy chairs. The bathroom design was good. We didn’t mind it, but there’s no elevator, so all rooms are only accessible by stairs—keep that in mind if you need it.

I liked the breakfast, especially the coupon for a free mimosa; the two armchairs in the room were very comfortable. The location is great—close to the theatres, except for the Festival—and perfect for shopping at the main street stores. I think the costs of breakfast and the parking space should be included in the room price.
