“Ruidoso y malisima wiffi. Personal y localización espectacular.”

The rooms are not at all soundproof. Ours was at the back of the hotel that directly faces the climb to the main square with all the traffic that comes with it. The room windows are old and a lot of noise gets in. On top of that, the bathroom has an opening in the façade for light and ventilation that has no glass, so it’s like being on the same street. The Wi‑Fi is terrible, we only got a thin line of coverage and nothing would load.

The building and rooms are beautiful and the location is magnificent for visiting Puebla. The breakfast seemed poor for the hotel’s category and the shower, at least in my room, should be modernised.

“Overall, we were very happy with our accommodations. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location”

Location was great. Just two blocks from the Zocalo (Plaza). Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly. The room was very spacious. No elevator so taking luggage up and down the stairs was not easy. Bed was hard!

Me gustó todo, la finca estilo hacienda colonial lindísima y super bien conservada y acondicionada. Las habitaciones son super cómodas y acogedoras. La cama es super deliciosa, pude descansar muchísimo. El único punto de mejora pudiera ser la regadera que pudiera tener una presión mayor
