The bungalow had a fantastic view of Almaty and the mountains, and its location still allows quick access to the city centre. Breakfast was simple but fully sufficient. Construction is ongoing, so some areas look unfinished, but that’s acceptable because you can see what’s still being built.

The staff were friendly enough and issued a refund promptly when I checked out two hours after checking in. The photos online are misleading; the air conditioning didn’t work, the electrical outlets were dead, the bathroom smelled like sewage, half the property was under construction, the rooms that were finished were less than half the advertised size, and there were no towels in the bathroom.

Everything was wonderful! We were welcomed and checked in at night without extra charge, which surprised and pleased us. The staff were warm and kind. The rooms were clean, the terraces the most beautiful, and the air the cleanest. We thank the guest house for the warm reception and wish them prosperity!

The room looked very pretty, with an unusual interior and a great view from the terrace overlooking the TV tower; evenings there were a pure pleasure. The large courtyard has many comfortable swings, a fire pit, barbecue and gazebos conveniently located, and in the evening a movie was projected on a big screen outside. There are soft poufs, and the breakfast in the morning is quite tasty. Overall, the city view is beautiful and mesmerizing, and the lookout point was liked; from there the city looks like it’s in your palm. The room was a bit dirty, honestly, with dust in clumps and a film on the floor, the AC worked quite weakly, even on turbo mode it cooled poorly, and there were not enough kitchen utensils for two people (only one fork, one knife, etc.), which was inconvenient. The Wi‑Fi, while free, was very weak and couldn’t even stream a series.
