The location is great. The water heater needs checking; the hot water came in alternating phases.

I can only comment on one room, not the rest. It shares a kitchen with its twin room in a single apartment on the eighth floor of a building literally above the train tracks. During a two‑night stay there were issues with hot water: showers were half hot and half cold at best. I notified the owner but got no reply. If that doesn't bother you, the room was clean and only five minutes from a metro station.

Availability was good. A neighbour stopped us in the courtyard as we were leaving to tell us we couldn’t stop and talk there, saying the staff should have informed us. We were leaving, not standing still…!
