The Wi‑Fi in my room was dead and the TV didn’t work for my husband, so the staff tried to repair it but couldn’t and the hotel was fully booked, meaning they couldn’t move us. They were kind and told us we could get a refund if we left early, so we did and they sent the money to our account, but we still haven’t seen the refund come through.
