The area was good, but they didn’t charge my card directly and I had to go to the bank.

The location is excellent, close to everything! I booked an extra night to arrive at 8 am, but there was no one at reception and I had to wait until 11 am for someone to arrive. The bathrooms show very noticeable deterioration.

The lady at reception told me they only accepted cash, not credit cards 😔…we eventually figured it out and paid by card, which was very frustrating 😕 Make it CLEAR you accept CC.
It’s on Fifth Avenue, close to the ADO bus station, but that means you can expect a lot of street and neighboring room noise. If you arrive before 15:00, don’t expect to get your room even if it’s clean and ready, or you’ll have to pay a little extra. The pool area wasn’t clean.
