“Wonderful, homely stay.”

Perfect location by Tankerton Slopes and the beach, with a lovely walk into Whitstable. The bedroom was huge and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Great facilities, TV, and thoughtful touches like milk and coffee provided

“The Slopes.”

We stayed at the Slopes for the first time and we’re definitely planning to come back. Colleen welcomed us at the front desk and the property had everything we needed. The room was spotless, the huge bed was very comfortable and the linens were lovely. Beach‑themed pictures and ornaments decorated the space. There was no parking on the premises, but plenty of spots nearby. As soon as we left the building we could see the beach right across the road, and it was very quiet. Bus stops were close by and the overall experience was 5‑star. We didn’t find anything we didn’t like; everything was great.

Another lovely stay at the Slopes. The homely touches were wonderful, and the location was superb—just a few steps from the beach. It was the perfect base for exploring Whitstable and the surrounding area. The property provided more necessities than we expected, more than a typical self‑catering place. Nothing negative.

The place was extremely well equipped, with lovely décor and a great location. I didn’t notice the washing‑up bowl until the last day; it was my mistake for not looking.
