How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

The hotel is close to a shopping centre. I spent my first night in a room with an old bathroom and a loud air‑conditioner, so I spoke with the manager who moved me to a better room the next day. The personnel were friendly.

The location is convenient, within walking distance to everything, and Elmer helped me with car transport. I asked staff to check the refrigerator in the Hh bar, but the maintenance visit at 9 pm found it unplugged, which was frustrating.
