The meals left a lot to be desired – everything came out cold and undercooked. I was pretty disappointed with the kitchen.

Staying right on the piste was a huge plus, and the owners were genuinely nice. The only let‑down was the spa, which felt cramped and a bit dated.

Location and overall service are top‑notch, and Herr Clifford’s welcome in the dining room felt both polished and warm. The breakfast, however, was a bit plain for a five‑star place, and a few servers could use some extra training. Lunch and dinner, on the other hand, were excellent.
