I liked the proximity to the city, but the hotel didn’t honor our request and sent our child to a different building next to the main one, even on a different floor; the bed was too stiff and uncomfortable.

The location is nice, yet I’m not sure if the online booking was accurate because the lodge next to the hotel has no lift access; the explanation that it’s fully booked feels too logical, and I wonder if I should mention this next time.

I found the room comfy and all the amenities were good, and the place is nice because it’s close to Delta Mall with restaurants and a food court in the same row of buildings; the staff were friendly, though the bed was a bit stiff and that’s the only complaint.
