I paid a fair price for a room that was supposed to have a refrigerator, but it turned out there was none. The cost was still good though.

The location suited me, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, while they were repainting stripes for the parking lot, they didn’t block off the only spot I could pull into, so paint splashed onto the right side of my tires. The manager had his team try to scrub it off, but I was in a hurry for a meeting, so it didn’t work. He handed me his card, saying if the paint didn’t come off I could have the car detailed and he’d cover it. Luckily the paint faded after my long drive home. I appreciated his willingness to take responsibility and offer reimbursement. The only other note was that the AC wasn’t very powerful, but the room stayed comfortable; a newer unit might help.

While the hotel's location and room were decent, there were a few issues that detracted from my stay, including awkward parking and a lack of grab bars in the bathroom. It was a minor inconvenience, but still worth mentioning.
