This place tops every other option in Manchester; it’s cheap, spotless, and hush‑hush, with Selena as a flawless host who meets every request, and a short tram ride puts you right in the city centre and within walking distance of Etihad Stadium, so far I’ve stayed here several times and never had a single issue, so I highly recommend it!

The accommodation was well‑equipped, properly heated, quite clean, and situated conveniently for public transport, though the bed was only average; the marijuana odor from the first floor next to my room made me uneasy, toilet paper was scarce and placed in the guest room instead of the bathroom, and the tenant on the first floor was rude, which together pushed me to consider leaving.
