The location is perfect, a superb spot in Bangkok’s Chinatown. The neighborhood is ideal for trying a variety of Asian cuisine. A must-visit. The bathroom needs to be updated to current standards; that’s the only drawback.

The location is the best. I asked if it was possible to get my room early because I wasn’t feeling well, but I was given a smaller room that was worse than the one I had booked, and I had to pay an extra 600 baht. It was a disaster—the first disappointment in five years. The breakfast had also decreased a lot; it wasn’t as good as usual. After five consecutive years staying here, they could have made a gesture.

Great location, friendly helpful staff, wonderful views of the Bangkok skyline, but my room card was cancelled twice while I was still booked in; the staff activated the card and apologized on the spot.
