The staff were very helpful and the location was great, but the bed felt as hard as a rock and the room showed some wear: PVC pipes were visible in the bathroom, wallpaper and flooring were peeling, etc.

The location was amazing, close to the city, and the service was excellent; breakfast was okay but could have been more varied and better. I had a nice stay in Hanoi for 2 nights.

The location was fantastic. Walking distance to almost everything in Ha Noi. Staff were very polite and helpful. Although it came at a very reasonable price, the rooms looked dated. The toilet door was glass and looked extremely old. Breakfast wasn’t that great. There are toms of good breakfast places nearby though
