I booked this place for my parents who were celebrating my dad's birthday. They loved the environment and location and received a warm welcome from the host. However, my parents were checked into a different room than the one I booked for them on this platform without any prior communication. When I asked the host to put them in the room I had booked, I received a hostile response, as shown in the attached messages. The bed they were given was very small, whereas I had booked a room with an "extra large bed," so their sleep was very uncomfortable. I truly wish I had booked them somewhere more comfortable.

We stopped over on our way to a hiking tour, and Camien, the host, was fantastic—she went out of her way to help and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place for a stay in Port Edward.
