“Dated and overpriced”
The location suited our onward travel plans. We had two rooms: mine was in a quiet part of the hotel, which was good, but the room was old and needed a refresh, especially the bathroom. The second room was in better condition but closer to the loud party music that continued past midnight and the noisy guests moving into their rooms; there was no receptionist available when we returned at 10 pm, so we hoped to get earplugs to block the noise. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. As a spa hotel, I’d expect a swimming pool.
