The placement was fine, but we were disappointed: the pictures misled us, and we didn’t realize our room was inside the owner’s apartment, so we heard almost every movement and sound at night, and the bathroom was next to the owner’s bathroom, so privacy felt limited. It was especially uncomfortable that the owner entered our room when we weren’t there, so we often felt our privacy was missing. On the second‑to‑last day we were told to leave by 9:00 am because new guests were arriving, even though the check‑out time listed on Booking is 10:00 am, which we found unfair. We were also let down by the lack of a kitchen—only a kettle was available, so we couldn’t heat food or drinks, contrary to what the pictures and description promised. Overall, the stay didn’t provide the calm, privacy, or comfort we expected from the booking.
