It’s closer to Kynasna waterfront, but the WiFi was terrible, rooms were dirty, the washroom was soiled, towels were placed over the direct toilet, the kitchen sink leaked, utensils weren’t cleaned properly, the gas stove didn’t work, the bed linens were dirty, a bedsheet had a lipstick mark, and there was no toilet soap. Overall it was very unhygienic and unpleasant.

I booked because it was close to my night‑shift work site, but the situation turned out to be a nightmare. A games room sits between the bedrooms, and the noise from guests kept us up. When I complained to the manager, he offered no apology or comfort for my staff who had long hours. Knowing about the games room next to the bedrooms would have stopped me from booking this place.

The inn is nicely placed in the village, they let us borrow kayaks, the garden is lovely and the staff are friendly; the two bathrooms and heated beds were great, though the showers were on the small side.

The spot’s location is excellent and had everything we needed. The host met us and provided everything required—and even more. No complaints.

I was thrilled with the heated blankets, the great views, the prime location, and the friendly host, but I would advise anyone planning to cook to bring their own sharp knife.
